What are we solving?
One of the most pressing matters to overcome in the extraction, transfer, and loading of scientific data from laboratories is data standardization and formatting. Ensuring that data is in a consistent and machine-readable format can facilitate efficient transfer and loading, and also enable interoperability with other data sets and tools. Additionally, accurate and complete metadata is also important for proper interpretation and analysis of the data.
The protein folding analysis process generates large amounts of data, which is often sensitive and confidential. Riokee provides IT services and conducts protein folding analysis for secondary and tertiary structures. We work with multiple partners, such as pharmaceutical companies and research institutions, who need to access and share this data.

Which Type of Data?
